Brewery made decision due to 'shifting customer trends'

Two Island establishments are to close over the next fortnight.

Brewery Heron and Brearley has confirmed the club Nightlife in Ramsey will shut this Saturday (June 25).

The Pinewood pub in Pulrose will then close its doors for the final time on Wednesday, July the sixth.

Heron and Brearley says pubs and what customers want are changing and it’s focusing on developing its overall estate.

That includes a refurbished Royal George in Ramsey which will reopen a week tomorrow (June 30), the launch of its new all-day food offering, Bella Pizza, and a new pavement café area at the Heron and Brearley pub in Market Square.
