‘Laughter is the best medicine..unless you're asthmatic!’

by isleofman.com 27th June 2016
The Nobles Hospital Comedy Show crew are back in the Gaiety Theatre this weekend for a third helping of medical based mirth.

Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants and ward clerks will tread the boards in aid of Alzheimers Isle of Man and the Manx Kidney Patient Association.

Junior Doctor and Director Reeanne Jones said; ‘It’s a lighthearted, ironic show with plenty of laughter for everyone. Many of the jokes have been penned by our resident lyrical geniuses; Renal Surgeon Dr Matt Todd and Orthopedic Consultant Mr Ian Wright.

Former patients, colleagues and the public will see the hospital staff in a totally different light and this time the rubber gloves are definitely off.’

This years theme is brand new television channel “Nobles Hospital TV” with plenty of A&E based antics and pastiches of the great Jeremy Kyle and Les Dennis.

Pokerstars are sponsoring the event which takes place on Saturday 2nd July at 19:30 with ticket prices ?10 for adults and ?8 concessions.

Telephone the Welcome Centre in the Sea Terminal, the Villa Gaiety Box office for tickets or book online.
