At approximately 12:05 on Monday 4th July 2016 a VW Transporter parked on Christian Road, Douglas had its wing mirror broken off by a passing vehicle.
Police would like to speak to the driver of a large white and bright-blue motorhome that has an aluminium storage box on the rear.
