Learn to dance and help wildlife – it’s a win-win!

by isleofman.com 6th July 2016
Ceroc (an abbreviation of the French phrase C'est Rock), sometimes described as French Jive, combines classic dances such as Salsa, Ballroom, Latin American, Tango and Jive, with minimal footwork to create a fun, easy and relaxed dance for you and your partner. It also provides a good workout!

Manx Wildlife Trust would like to invite you to a charity evening to learn this enjoyable and social dance with the help of the dance teachers from Isle of Man Ceroc club at the Masonic Hall, on Woodbourne Road, Douglas at 7:00pm on Friday, 12 August 2016.

Qualified instructors will help you and your partner learn some stylish moves on the dance floor. There are no special clothes or shoes needed, just avoid rubber soles as they may hinder your turns.

The proceeds from this charitable event will go towards the care and maintenance of the 24 reserves owned and managed by Manx Wildlife Trust.

The ticket price of ?20 includes a hot buffet, and there is also a licensed bar.

If you would like tickets please contact Felicity Cain at felicityjcain@gmail.com or download the ticket form from Manx Wildlife Trust’s event’s page: http://www.manxwt.org.uk/events/2016/08/12/strictly-ceroc-dancing-wildlife?instance=0

There is a limit of 50 tickets for this event, so please ensure that you apply early to avoid disappointment.
