ITV4 have confirmed the broadcast date for the Southern 100 International Road Races as Wednesday 20th July, 2016 commencing at 8.00pm.
Isle of Man company Greenlight TV has the secured a prime time slot on ITV4 and ITVHD.
The one-hour show will highlight the very best from the 2016 meeting and will show the event and the Isle of Man to its glorious best.
Southern 100 Race Secretary, George Peach said: ‘Greenlight TV have been our official Television Broadcast Partner since 2005 and have increased coverage of the Southern 100 year-on-year.
‘This is the first time however, that Greenlight have secured a broadcast on ITV4 of the Southern 100 and with such a prime-time slot will provide the ‘friendly races’ with some incredible coverage and publicity.
‘Hopefully showing the Southern 100 on such a popular channel, will encourage more racing fans and enthusiasts to come to the races on the Billown Course in future years.’
