Newly appointed University College Isle of Man (UCM) principal Jo Pretty has been welcomed to Douglas town hall by the mayor and mayoress John and Gill Skinner, where she was joined by UCM acting principal Brian Lister, vice-chairman of UCM governors Bob Dowty and Council leader and UCM governor David Christian.
Jo Pretty will take up her post in September.
