On Saturday 30th July, the Douglas Branch will be closed for one day for construction and building work to be undertaken.
Clients can call (01624) 624594 to speak to Douglas members of staff temporarily based within our call centre.
The other branches in Onchan, Ramsey and Peel will be open as normal. Any of the other branches can deal with Douglas clients’ queries.
Saturday 30th July will be the only day this office will be closed, as normal office hours will be implemented before and after this date.
The construction work marks the first step of a new era for the insurance company. The original branch will be modernization to bring it up to the same high standard of the other 3 branches.
The company has also been transformed internally. Following a new strategic and proactive approach, several new departments have been created, including Business Development, New Business and the Call Centre.
