Equiom appoints Nick Evans as Head of Corporate Development, Europe

International trust and corporate services provider, Equiom, has announced the appointment of Nick Evans as Head of Corporate Development, Europe.

Nick will join Equiom in August and will take responsibility for leading Equiom’s acquisitive growth strategy in Europe.

Global CEO Sheila Dean commented: ‘I am very much looking forward to welcoming Nick to the Equiom family to help facilitate Equiom’s expansion within Europe. Nick is a very talented individual with a great deal of financial services experience. I have no doubt he will add to Equiom's continued growth and create greater organisational depth working alongside our senior team to identify and deliver high quality acquisitive growth opportunities.’

Nick has 25 years’ experience in banking, specialising in structured finance for the last 15 years. He joins Equiom from a leading bank where he had responsibility for originating, structuring and executing the provision of senior debt alongside mid market private equity.

Nick commented: ‘Having worked with Sheila and her senior team for many years I am delighted with the opportunity to join the business and assist in the execution of Equiom’s European growth strategy. In a market that is characterised by continued consolidation, Equiom is a business of considerable scale and quality and therefore extremely well placed to pursue relevant opportunities.’
