Police seem vandals who targeted Ramsey Golf Club

Police in Ramsey are investigating offences of criminal damage which have been committed at the Ramsey Golf Club.

Sometime between 6pm on Friday 15th July and Saturday morning around 5.30am, an electric golf buggy has been taken from the front of the club house and has then been driven on to the golf course where extensive damage has then been caused to a number of the greens and ‘Teeing off’ areas.

Constable Mark Kerruish said: "This is one of the busiest times of the year at the golf club and this damage is going to cause a great deal of inconvenience and time to repair. If anyone has any information which may assist in the investigation of this crime is urged to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234."
