Sports Direct has bought The Strand Shopping Centre.
The sports retailer has purchased the shopping centre which offers 40,000 square feet of prime retail space in Douglas town centre and houses well known brands including HMV, Mothercare, Peacocks, Card Factory and Millets.
Louise Whyman, Centre Manager reported:
"We are all delighted with this acquisition and look forward to the forthcoming investment to the Centre as well as the opening of an exciting new Sports Direct store."
