Three months after appointing Mario Ricciardi as managing director, Creechurch Capital has made two new appointments to its growing team.
Joining the business from MAS Real Estate Inc, Jazz Garrett has been appointed as management accountant within the finance team. Jazz is a qualified accountant currently working towards Chartered Financial Analyst status. As the business continues to expand, her role will be to prepare and report on the company’s accounts.
Discussing her new role Jazz said: “My role will be much more than numbers and spreadsheets, which is what attracted me to it. Joining a company during this period of growth presents me with a unique opportunity for personal development and I’m excited to be part of a team with big ambitions.”
Amy Welsh joins the team as investment administrator from Shell Ship Management where she was personnel officer. Through previous roles, Amy has developed a diligent and organised approach to work alongside a professional manner that will strengthen the Creechurch operations team.
Commenting on her appointment, Amy said: “Creechurch had been on my radar for some time now. I was impressed with what they have achieved within five years of business.”
Since forming in 2010, Creechurch has gone from strength-to-strength. The recent and ongoing appointments within the team reflect the company’s growth which has been further cemented by their recent shortlisting for Best International Discretionary Fund Manager at the International Investment Awards.
Managing Director, Mario Ricciardi, commented on his new appointments: “Summer is traditionally a slower time for business, but we have experienced a very active few months. We’re delighted to welcome both Amy and Jazz to the team. Our current plan and strategy is centred around evolving the business to the next level and creating a centre for excellence when it comes to our talent. With that in mind, recruitment is going to be an ongoing priority as we support the company’s and its people’s goals.”
