Damage to Cattle Grid on Druidale Road

by isleofman.com 18th August 2016

PC Chloe Keegan of the Northern Neighbourhood Policing team is currently investigating how damage was caused to the first cattle grid on the way up to Druidale from Ballaugh Glen Road.

It appears that the damage has happened when an over-sized vehicle has gone over the grid. Unfortunately, whomever has caused the damage did not report it to DEFA, the tenant or Police and we have no clear idea when it has occurred. This damage has resulted in the large holding of Ballaugh Mountain as being no longer stock-proof.

Anyone with information that can assist in this investigation is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234 or if you would prefer to pass this information anonymously, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
