A new business has ditched telephones in favour of online booking with miquando.com to enhance the customer experience in its Douglas salon.

The Beauty Bar, which opened in July, doesn’t want customers’ treatments to be interrupted by calls, so simply doesn’t have a phone at its Nelson Street base.

Also, many of our customers have busy lives and want to make an appointment quickly and simply without having to pick up the phone, especially if they are making the booking from work.
