That’s all on offer at Isle of Man Food & Drink Festival’s Saturday evening session.
The award-winning festival, sponsored by Magnet IOM Ltd, takes place this weekend: Saturday 17th September from 10am to 9pm and Sunday 18th September from 10am to 5pm.
‘It’s the second year we have extended the Saturday into the evening,’ said Richard Ronan, Minister for Environment, Food and Agriculture.
‘This year we have live music from Joshua T & the Whalebones (6pm) and The Fecktones (7.30pm). In the Manx Food Theatre, The Courthouse will stage a cocktail masterclass (7pm) and the Hooded Ram Brewing Company will demonstrate food and drink pairing (8pm).’
Food will be available from
- Coffee Mann – coffee and snacks
- The Donut Factory – mini donuts, tea coffee hot chocolate, and cold drinks
- Flo the Coffee van – hot wrap melts
- T2 – burgers, curry, chips, sausages and bacon
- Jabali – African food
- Jerk Mek Ya – Jamaican Street food – kebabs and wraps
- The Alpine
- Harbour Lights
- Thai – Thai style Manx pork.
‘This weekend’s festival promises to be the biggest and best yet and a superb showcase of food and drink, as supported by my Department’s Food Matters strategy,’ the Minister said.
‘We hope people attending the event during Saturday daytime will stay into the evening, or return, using the same ticket, to enjoy food and drink in a relaxed setting.’

Tickets for the festival cost just ?3 (day) and ?5 (weekend) for adults, with admission free for under 16s.

On Saturday 17th September, a free Mann Sightseeing shuttle bus runs from The Bowl car park, Pulrose, to the festival, departing on the hour from 10am to 4pm and returning on the half hour.
Many buses from the south of the Island, including evening services, also pass the Villa Marina Gardens.
The festival is staged in association with Manx Radio.
