Safety Notice – Tommee Tippee Steamer Blender – Replacement Blades

The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading wants to make the public aware of a safety notice which has been issued in relation to the Tommee Tippee Steamer Blender

A possible safety issue has been identified by the manufacturer after complaints by customers of the jug being scratched by the blades of their unit in certain circumstances.

A revised blade is being made available to all customers and customers can identify if their unit is affected and order the revised blades at http://www.tommeetippee.co.uk/steamer-blender-update 

The manufacturer advises that in the meantime, customers should check the jug for signs of scratching after each use to avoid the possibility of fragments of plastic entering a child’s mouth.
