Police are investigating damage that was caused to the front door of Peter Norris Music, Bucks Road, on the 26th September 2016. The damaged is believed to have been caused at approximately 2315hrs that evening.

Anyone with any information in relation to this matter is urged to contact Constable Lewis Cassidy at Police Headquarters, Douglas, on 631212 or via Lewis.Cassidy@gov.im Alternatively, people can give their information anonymously via crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police are appealing for information regarding a road traffic collision which occurred on the Mountain Mile stretch of the Mountain Road at about 8.00pm on Wednesday 28th September 2016. It is reported that whilst a vehicle travelling towards the Douglas direction has been in the process of making an overtake, another car travelling in the same direction has also pulled out and potentially made contact with the first car which has then crashed through the fencing and gone down the hillside.

Constable Mark Kerruish said “it is fortunate that no one was injured in this incident, and appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who would have been travelling over the Mountain Road towards Douglas at that time in a grey or silver coloured Citroen Picasso vehicle to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.”
