Tynwald Mills get Gold for being Disability Smart in the Tiered Award Scheme.

Claire Britnell, Store Manager said: "The judges recommendations from our Bronze Award last year provided us with a framework to embed disability awareness throughout the whole organisation through consultation, training and ‘reasonable adjustments.  We are proud of our team’s commitment to continually improve customer service to all."

Through collaborative working the Tiered Award Scheme helps businesses and organisations become disability smart. Reasonable adjustments are considered anticipatory measures which balance the needs of your business and organisation with the needs of your customers.
