Further statement from Department regarding TT branding licence

by isleofman.com 6th January 2017

To clarify the relation of Manx Inspirations and the Department of Economic Development the following statement has been released today:

‘The Department can confirm that licences have been provided in the past to Manx Inspirations for the use of the official TT branding based on the standard licence and commission arrangements. The last licence issued was in 2010, before the current Minister was elected. Upon expiry the Department allowed the company to sell any outstanding stock in accordance with approvals provided to other similar licencees.

The Department understands the company will not be seeking any further licences at this stage nor will it be offering any new official merchandise.’
