by isleofman.com 18th January 2017

The Department of Economic Development will host the annual Tourism Industry day on Tuesday 28th February 2017 at the Villa Marina. Delegates from all aspects of the Isle of Man’s tourism and hospitality sectors are invited to register and attend.

Angela Byrne, Head of Tourism at the Department of Economic Development commented:

‘2017’s industry day is set to be our most comprehensive yet. This free event is an opportunity for visitor economy businesses to feedback on our plans to develop the market and grow the Island’s visitor numbers. There will also be a series of workshops covering useful topics from online booking trends to photography best practice, along with opportunities to network.

‘I strongly encourage all businesses with an interest in the visitor economy to attend.’
