Peel Lifeboat called out to assist fishing vessel

Peel lifeboat "Ruby Clery" had its first call of 2017 at 4.30pm yesterday (Thursday 19th January) to assist the 16 metre fishing vessel "Stellmar" which had experienced fuel problems five miles North of Peel.

The Peel lifeboat, under the command of Jon Corlett and his volunteer crew, took the vessel in tow back to Peel. The two crew members of the fishing vessel were safe and well.
