by isleofman.com 24th January 2017

This Valentine’s Day, Tuesday 14th February 2017 will be very special at the Claremont. The celebrated top London chef Joe Hill will be guesting at Coast Bar & Brasserie for one night only. Joe’s decade of experience in London restaurants reads like a who’s who of fine dining, having worked for Gordon Ramsay, Tom Atkins, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, W Hotel and the Soho House Group. He brings brilliance and freshness to every dish and is a leading light in the evolution of contemporary British cuisine. Joe’s signature plates include: beef fillet enriched with truffles, wild sea bass encased in artichoke and sea herbs, and sorbets delicately flavoured with raspberry & champagne.

In addition to a delicious 5-course dinner, the Claremont is offering couples a luxury overnight stay in a sea-view room, including a bottle of pink Cava and romantic turn-down service with chocolates and a single red rose, followed by a full Manx breakfast the following morning.
