Man charged frollowing burglary in Pulrose

The Police have confirmed that a 31 year old male has now been charged with the offence of burglary at the “TOP SHOP” in Pulrose, the theft of two motor vehicles and a number of motoring offences. The male was due to appear in court on Saturday morning, 4th March 2017.

Detective Sergeant Bobby Syme said: "These vehicle thefts were preventable and urged vehicle owners to take basic security measures which reduce the chances of becoming a victim. I would like to thank those who have come forward so far but would continue to appeal for information in regards to this burglary that occurred at approximately 7am on Thursday 2nd March 2017 and if anyone saw a black Mitsubishi shogun in the area either prior to or after the burglary."
