by isleofman.com 6th March 2017

DLP Limited who are based in Snugborough and specialise in the design, development and manufacture of products for the assisted living sector held a Christmas Fundraiser for Rebecca House, a children's wing in the Hospice Isle of Man - a charity with whom one of the team has a close personal link.

Steve Hide’s son Charlie has Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy and regularly visits for respite care – Steve said “they cannot be praised enough for the work that they do up there.  They are all worth their weight in gold in my opinion.”

The DLP team managed to raise an impressive ?959.11 by holding a raffle – several local suppliers generously donated prizes.  The company also did a Christmas postage scheme – they donated the postage for staff Christmas cards and the staff in return paid a donation.

Our thanks go to all who helped with raffle prizes ...
