Appeal after bin set alight in Anagh-Coar School playground

by isleofman.com 10th March 2017

Between the hours of midnight and 0030 am on Wednesday 9th March,  a number of youths have been seen starting a fire in a shelter inside of Anagh-Coar School playground. This resulted in the fire service having to attend to extinguish the fire which had been started in a small blue plastic bin. Police are currently dealing with this matter, as not only was it dangerous, it could have seriously damaged playground furniture on the school grounds.

If you were in the area at that time and saw something, or if you know the youths responsible, please contact Constable 339 Stephen Hay on 631212.
