The OFT wishes to bring the following to the attention of those businesses that entered into contracts with the Company.
On 17 August 2016, it was agreed that the Company be wound up voluntarily. Jeremy Woodside and Lindsey Cooper, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF, were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the Company.
