Education Minister to appear before Committee

The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee, a Standing Committee of Tynwald, will be taking oral evidence on Monday 10th April 2017 at 11.30am in the Legislative Council Chamber, Legislative Buildings, Bucks Road, Douglas from the Minister for Education and Children, Hon Graham Cregeen MHK and the Chief Executive of the Department of Education and Children, Professor Ronald Barr.

This is an annual general oral evidence session at which a range of topics will be discussed. Last year’s session can be read at the following location:

The members of the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee appointed by Tynwald are Mr David Cretney MLC (Chair), Mr David Ashford MHK and Mr Martyn Perkins MHK.

The evidence will be taken in public; members of the public are welcome to attend. The evidence can also be heard via the “live and listen again” audio webcast service on the Tynwald website.
