Around 11pm on Saturday 15th April 2017 a two vehicle Road Traffic Collision occurred on the Ballahutchin straight, Union Mills between a motorcyclist and a Renault Clio. The Renault failed to stop at the scene and as a result of the collision the 16 year old motorcyclist has received serious but non-life threatening injuries.
As a result of enquiries on the evening, a male was arrested and has now been charged for numerous motoring related offences.
