Climb of Mount Kenya raised over ?1000 for local Hospice

Sylwia Figueiredo, from Douglas, has raised ?1,042 for Hospice Isle of Man by climbing Mount Kenya. Sylwia started her challenge on 31st January 2017 and took three days to ascend and another 3 days to descend.

Sylwia is pictured with her daughter Gabriela Figueiredo handing over the money raised. Community Fundraiser for Hospice, Steven Downward thanked Sylwia for all her endeavours for the local charity and congratulated her on climbing Mount Kenya and raising an amazing amount.
