Volunteers needed for Peel RNLI Lifeboat

by isleofman.com 20th April 2017

Following the Annual General meeting of Peel RNLI last week, an appeal has gone out for new volunteers to join the fundraising team.

We are looking for a person with financial skills to act as Treasurer, also someone with Secretarial ability to act as Secretary.

If you have always thought you would like to get involved with the voluntary sector now could be the time. For just an hour or two each week you could be involved in one of the biggest voluntary organizations in the country. Run by volunteers it relies on people like you to keep it going.

We are also on the lookout for fundraisers to assist at organized functions for which no skill is necessary, just a desire to help a worthwhile organisation.

Why not take the plunge and become involved in saving lives at sea?  Ring Margaret Kelly in the first instance for more information on 842731.
