Isle of Man Police respond to raising of terrorism threat level

Following the tragic events in Manchester on Monday, the UK Government have increased the terrorism threat level to Critical.

Isle of Man Police are taking a proportionate response to this and additional resources are being deployed to offer reassurance and to enhance security. One aspect of this means you will see more Officers on foot and mobile patrol.

Police advise residents who are travelling to the UK or other countries to consider their security and take sensible precautions. Relevant security advice can be found on the UK Government websites:-
