by isleofman.com 1st June 2017

Yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 31st May, a Fire crew from Douglas was called to a report of a person trapped in a confined space in a property on Julian Road.

On arrival it was found that a man had become trapped whilst carrying out cabling work inside a roof void.  Due tp the length of time the man had been trapped for, and given the discomfort he was in, an opening was made in the roof.

Medical assistance was administered by Paramedics.
