‘We are long-time supporters of the arts on the Island and this is the seventh Taylorian Productions show we have sponsored. We are always delighted by the quality of their performance and they’ve once again chosen a fantastic musical, which were sure the Manx audiences will love. ‘As part of our active role in the community, SMP Partners supports musical theatre not only because of how much the audiences enjoy the productions but also because it gives everyone involved a fantastic experience. The Isle of Man has fantastic amateur dramatic talent and productions like this help develop a range of skills, build confidence and understand the value of teamwork.’ ‘We’re all looking forward to seeing what I’m sure will be a big hit.’ Producer Matt James said:
‘We’re excited to be bringing this masterpiece of a musical to the Island. The fast-paced show features several musical genres so it’s got something for everyone, and we’re sure everyone will be singing and dancing along. ‘We are extremely grateful to SMP Partners for once again supporting us as we take this colourful musical to the stage. Without such sponsorship it simply wouldn’t be possible to stage theatrical productions on this scale, and bring shows like this to the Island.’ SMP Partners has supported many major Gaiety shows including The Producers, Oliver!, The Phantom of the Opera, Sunset Boulevard, CATS, Tommy, the Wizard of Oz, Miss Saigon, Evita and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
