Member for Rushen (Mr Speaker) to ask the Minister for Health and Social Care –

(a) Whether Meals on Wheels is considered a front line service; (b) when the decision to withdraw the service was made; (c) what consultation occurred; (d) what professional advice was received; (e) when the contract with Age Concern ends; (f) whether a social impact assessment has been done; and (g) what plans the Minister has to reduce social isolation?
