Career opportunities at PwC Isle of Man will be the focus of the company’s annual Insight Event on Wednesday, December 20.
The event offers school and college leavers, undergraduates and graduates the chance to find out what opportunities and training are available at PwC Isle of Man, along with openings via the company’s summer internship programme, and also for experienced individuals looking for senior associate and manager roles.
Samantha Pemberton, Senior HR Manager at PwC Isle of Man, said: ‘We offer a number of routes to kickstart your career, whether you are a school or college leaver setting out on your career, a penultimate year undergraduate or sixth form student looking for work experience as a summer intern, a final year undergraduate looking ahead at 2018 graduate opportunities, or indeed a qualified individual with experience who is looking for a fresh challenge.
‘Both our school/college leaver and graduate programmes offer structured career development, in addition to on-the-job learning and studying towards a professional qualification, be that as a Chartered/Certified Accountant or a Fellow/Associate of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries. And our summer internship programme provides the opportunity to experience first-hand what life is like for our student trainees.
‘Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what path someone chooses to join us – we want to show them that there are no limits to what they can achieve, or how far they can go.’
The Insight Event takes place at the firm’s Isle of Man headquarters at Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, from 2.00pm until 4.00pm.
