Wi-Manx unveils newly refurbished reception and dedicated customer service hub

Wi-Manx, the Island’s leading IT provider, is pleased to announce the opening of its newly refurbished reception area at its offices on Ridgeway Street, Douglas, incorporating a dedicated customer service hub.

The interior project, which was commissioned by local design firm Cubbin & Bregazzi and Electrical company partners Modern Earth, was carried out in order to provide customers with an improved quality of service when using Wi-Manx. To add to this, the building signage on the outside has also been updated to reflect a more inviting atmosphere.

The new customer area will give both residential and business customers a comfortable and modern facility in which to interact with Wi-Manx staff. When customers visit, they will receive a warm welcome from Wi-Manx staff with advice and assistance on the businesses products and services they have or wish to purchase.

Opening hours to the public for the newly refurbished area will be 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00 to 13.00 on Saturday's.

Andy Evans, Finance Director of Wi-Manx said: "We are delighted with the stunning interior from Cubbin & Bregazzi and window design by Modern Earth which will provide our customers with a refreshed modern and contemporary environment to meet with Wi-Manx staff. First class customer service is at the heart of what we offer, and this new area helps us to deliver better access, provide higher standards and demonstrate what we can offer."
