Task UK to sponsor St George’s AFC

by isleofman.com 20th December 2017

Task UK have announced a new sponsorship deal with reigning Isle of Man Premier League football champions, St George’s AFC.

The men’s first team will unveil their new Task UK home strip on Saturday 23rd December 2017 when they take on Laxey AFC in their next game at Glencrutchery Road, Douglas.

As part of the new Task UK sponsorship deal, the St George’s AFC logo and first team kit have striking new designs which feature the traditional black and yellow club colours that make the team so recognisable.

Andy Bass, Treasurer of St George’s AFC, said: “The club is absolutely delighted with the new sponsorship deal with Task UK. The redesigned kit and logo really stand out, but what is less visible and even more important is the extra investment the deal has allowed us to make in new training equipment and coaching opportunities. This will really boost the development of the junior players who are vital to St George’s success in future years.”

Task UK Operations Director, Melissa Phillips, said: “We are really excited and proud to be sponsoring St George’s AFC first team who are one of the most successful sides in Isle of Man football history. It’s very important to Task UK to be able to offer this support within the local community and we wish St George’s AFC continued strength and success for the future.”

Task UK are a Douglas-based customer service specialist company, providing customer service and back-office support for a diverse range of both national and international businesses.
