by isleofman.com 8th March 2018

Investigations are continuing after a fire at the NSC last night.

Emergency services were called into action at 5.38pm after staff at the Douglas venue discovered a fire in a locker room.

Firefighters spent three hours on site tackling the blaze and making the area safe – the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has described the damage as 'severe'.

The service has thanked the 'good work' of the NSC staff who evacuated the building quickly.
