The Isle of Man Post Office has paid tribute to Professor Stephen Hawking.
The physicist died on Wednesday at the age of 76.
In 2016 the Isle of Man Post Office was chosen by The Stephen Hawking Foundation to record his life's work on a set of postage stamps
Professor Hawking endorsed the set at the Starmus Science Festival that year.
On seeing the final set of stamps he said: "Much of my life’s work has been to encourage young people in the study of cosmology and astrophysics and to help inspire them to better understand our universe and beyond.
"I hope that this unique set of stamps goes some way towards achieving this."
