GPs on the Isle of Man will be discussing developments in medical care next week.
They’re taking part in the first education session of 2018 – it means routine appointments won’t be available on Wednesday afternoon.
The quarterly education sessions were started in 2012 to give doctors the opportunity to examine ways to enhance care for patients on the Island.
Mental health will be the focus of this session.
Practices will remain open during the afternoon for patients to collect test results, make future appointments and order repeat prescriptions as normal.
Urgent appointments will be available with on-call GPs.
