Emergency services are being praised for their efforts to locate a missing person at the weekend.

The Search and Rescue Dog Association, the Coastguard, Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service and the police were called into action on Saturday.

Five hours later, after extensive search areas by all agencies the missing person was located in an isolated area by Ramsey Coastguard.
