A new committee has been set up to investigate developing unoccupied urban sites on the Isle of Man.

The Tynwald Select Committee will look at ways to encourage and prioritise development on areas of land rather than in the Manx countryside.

Members of the public are being urged to have their say – written submissions can be sent in until May 9^th.

The committee will report its findings and recommendations by July.
