At this weeks Friday briefing the Chief Minister talked to Paul Moulton about the rise in the Manx GDP numbers, ongoing VAT talks with the UK, heading to the party conferences next week and the potential future problems with the BBC who have  indicated that they might not be keeping free TV licences for the over 75's in the future.
